Rawls Law Group is seeking a paralegal to work full-time in our Richmond office at Rocketts Landing. This individual will be primarily responsible for intake of new cases and reviewing and summarizing medical records in medical malpractice and vaccine injury cases being considered for representation by the firm. In particular, we seek an interested and energetic individual with the ability to conduct independent online medical research and prepare concise case summaries.

Job Functions
· Review, analyze and summarize medical records in medical malpractice and vaccine injury cases.
· Intake of new cases, which may involve telephone calls and emails with potential clients of the firm.

Required Qualifications
· Some education beyond high school (medical/legal/investigation-related especially useful).
· Outgoing and articulate individual able to analyze and briefly summarize pertinent portions of large volumes of medical records.
· Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks appropriately.
· Available to work full-time Monday – Friday, usual business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
· College degree.
· Experience with medical record review.
· Experience in medical, legal, or investigatory fields.
