After no one else would do anything for her, we helped out someone with a fairly small state law matter. It was not the sort of thing we typically do, but we thought what had happened to her was just not right. We got her a relatively small but decent recovery - and the other day we got this very nice hand written note. You don't see that much anymore. I am not totally sure why, but this format has far greater impact than an email or text message. I am inspired to send such notes myself. Regardless, happy clients always make our day!
