$900,000 Settlement: A Hard-Fought Settlement in a Wrongful Death Case

Our firm recently resolved a medical malpractice wrongful death case in Virginia on behalf of a grieving family. The case involved a patient who suffered catastrophic, irreversible brain injury as a result of improper medication administration by his healthcare providers during a hospital stay.
