Peter Anderson is a trial lawyer focusing on medical malpractice cases. Growing up in a family
with two doctors and a nurse, Peter has a passion and a knack for litigating cases with complex
medical issues.
Prior to joining Rawls Law Group, Peter gained valuable experience as a managing attorney for
the nation’s largest personal injury firm. Peter also successfully created the nursing home abuse
department of a boutique firm.
Peter has a long track record of representing clients in diverse, high stakes matters, having
successfully represented victims of a plane crash, mass shooting, and mine explosion, among
other things. Over the years, Peter has been invited to speak at several legal conferences on
topics ranging from governmental immunity in tort cases to product liability matters. Throughout
his career, Peter has helped his clients obtain millions of dollars in compensation.
