We are proud to announce that Peter Anderson, an attorney with Rawls Law Group, has been appointed to serve on the newly established Nursing Home Oversight and Accountability Advisory Board. Created under Governor Glenn Youngkin’s Executive Order 52, this board brings together providers, geriatricians, advocates, legal professionals, and community leaders to strengthen nursing home oversight, promote transparency, and ensure that Virginia’s seniors receive safe, dignified, and high-quality care.
Peter’s appointment reflects both his extensive experience in elder care litigation and his commitment to protecting vulnerable populations. As part of the Advisory Board, he will help guide policies and practices that improve nursing home accountability across the Commonwealth. We are honored that his voice and expertise will contribute to shaping solutions that safeguard residents and provide peace of mind to their families.
